These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gigi's Homemade Delights website and the catering services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

About Us

Gigi's Homemade Delights is a Melbourne-based cheesesteak street food specialist operating from a truck and stall. We provide live on-site catering for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, festivals, and markets across Melbourne.

Use of Our Website

By accessing and using our website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that:

Catering Enquiries and Bookings

Instant Quote

Submitting an instant quote request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. It is an expression of interest and will be followed up by our team to confirm details and availability.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed on the event details and a 25% deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. We will communicate confirmation directly via phone or email.

Lead Time

A minimum lead time of 2 weeks is required for all bookings. For weddings, a minimum of 4 weeks is strongly recommended to secure your preferred date.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate event details including date, time, guest numbers, venue, and location. Gigi's Homemade Delights will not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided at the time of enquiry or booking.

Packages

We offer a range of catering packages designed to suit different event sizes and styles. All packages are inclusive of the stated inclusions and are subject to change. Final package details and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.

Our catering packages include:

  • The Street Feed — per person (guest minimum applies)
  • The Loaded Crowd — per person (guest minimum applies)
  • The Full Send — per person (guest minimum applies)
  • The Late Night Hit — per person (guest minimum applies)

Add-Ons:

  • Extra Meat
  • Extra Cheese Pull
  • Late Night Hit Add-On

Travel Fees

Gigi's Homemade Delights is based in Altona North VIC 3025. Travel fees apply for events located beyond 30km of Altona North. Travel costs will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Dietary Requirements & Allergens

Gigi's Homemade Delights menu contains dairy. We do not offer lactose-free alternatives. Please disclose all dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if your event details change or if you need to cancel. The 25% deposit paid to secure your date may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.

Our Services

Gigi's Homemade Delights provides live on-site catering from a fully equipped mobile food truck and stall. We take every reasonable precaution to deliver a safe, professional, and consistent food service experience at every event.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust the menu or service arrangements where circumstances beyond our control require it
  • Refuse a booking at our discretion

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gigi's Homemade Delights will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or our catering services. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking or service will not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, menu items, and design — is the property of Gigi's Homemade Delights and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
