Gigi's Homemade Delights started with a food trailer, a belief in proper homemade cooking, and a simple idea — build food worth driving for.
For over three years, Amanda has been doing exactly that. The menu has evolved — items added, items cut, always shaped by what actually sells and what customers keep coming back for. The flavours are Hungarian-inspired. Not spicy. Just bold, layered, and built around real ingredients cooked properly on-site.
Permanent spots came and went. Events were tried. But through all of it, one thing stayed the same — the food. Homemade as much as possible. Consistent every time. Made with the kind of care that shows up in every bite.
